Unexpected breakouts need fast and hygienic care - without squeezing or irritating your skin. COSRX Master Patch Basic is a clinically trusted hydrocolloid spot treatment designed to absorb impurities, protect acne from bacteria, and support faster recovery.
These ultra-thin patches create a protective barrier over pimples, preventing touching, picking, and external contamination. The hydrocolloid technology works by drawing out excess fluid (pus and oil), helping reduce redness and swelling while maintaining an ideal moist healing environment.
Each pack includes 36 patches in multiple sizes, allowing you to target whiteheads, inflamed pimples, or early-stage breakouts with precision. The transparent, flat design blends seamlessly into the skin and can be worn during the day — even under makeup.
Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone skin.

Why It Works
Hydrocolloid dressings are widely used in medical wound care because they maintain a moist environment that supports natural healing. By applying this same principle to acne care, COSRX Master Patch Basic helps visibly flatten pimples while reducing the risk of post-acne marks caused by picking or infection.
For best results, apply at the first sign of a whitehead or inflamed spot.
How to Use
Cleanse and dry the affected area completely.
Select an appropriately sized patch and apply directly onto the pimple.
Leave on for several hours or overnight.
Remove once the patch turns white or opaque.
Do not apply over broken skin.
